STRATEGIC ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

業務内容(職責)
 
調査と関係構築を通じた、Talendの総合的なエンタープライズソリューションの販売
Talendの価値提案を理解し、効果的に伝える
CXOレベルの顧客との信頼関係の構築
強力なパイプライン構築にフォーカスした、洞察力に富む、担当業界向け戦略の構築
リスクを軽減し、機会を最大化しながら、様々なセールスステージを経てクロージングに至るまでの、多数の案件の並行ならびに戦略的な管理
ローカルおよびグローバルなSI関係の構築によるフォーキャスト上の案件進行と締結
当社で使用しているCRMツールを用いたフォーキャスト管理、案件クローズならびに顧客データの追跡
既存のビジネスの関係を成長させ、新規ビジネスを獲得
割り当てられた営業ノルマとパフォーマンス目標の達成、超過
個人的なスキルセットの継続的な構築
 
必要なスキル
 
10年以上の自動車業界のアカウントへのエンタープライズソフトウェアとサービスの販売経験と自動車業界の深い人脈
iPaaS、SaaS、ビッグデータ、データ統合、データ統合ソリューションでの営業経験があれば尚可
オープンソースソリューションやクラウドネイティブに対する知識と情熱
競合についての市場知識
営業ノルマ達成の確実な実績
卓越したコミュニケーション能力
スタートアップ環境や、成長ビジネスの速度感を前向きに捉え、楽しむことができる
学士号。それ以上の学歴があれば優遇



STRATEGIC ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
 
Talend is hiring a results driven Account Executive who have strong sales and communications skills with a basic understanding of technology infrastructure and business process focusing Automotive industry. We also look for the right attitude and aptitude in a candidate around a customer’s overall success.
 
You will be responsible for prospecting, generating opportunities, closing new business and growing the existing customer base and will be recognized for your achievements and milestones. This is a fantastic opportunity for results-oriented individuals that enjoy working in a fast paced, competitive (in a fun way of course), yet collaborative work environment. 
 
Responsibilities:
 
Sell Talend’s comprehensive enterprise solutions via prospecting and relationship building.
Understand and effectively communicate Talend’s Value Proposition.
Ability to build trusted rapport with CXO level customer contacts
Insightful and strategic industry planning which focuses in building a strong pipeline of opportunities
Manage numerous opportunities concurrently and strategically through varied sales stages to closure, while mitigating risk and maximizing upside
Build local and global SI relationship to lead and close opportunities on forecasts.
Manage forecasts, close deals, and track customer data using company standard CRM tools
Grow existing business relationships and acquire new business
Meet and exceed your assigned sales quota and performance objectives
Continue to build your personal skillset – you can never learn enough!
 
Required skills:
 
10+ years of successful experience selling enterprise software and services to accounts in the Automotive industry and deep contacts in Automotive  industry
Prior sales experience in iPaaS, SaaS, Big Data, Data integration, Data integrity solutions would be a plus. 
Knowledge and passion for open source solutions and cloud native
Demonstrated market knowledge of competitive opportunities
Background of exceptional quota attainment
Excellent communication skills
Ability to thrive in a Start up environment and enjoy the fast dynamic pace of the growing business. 
Bachelor’s degree required, additional education preferred
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
