We are looking for a Senior Human Resources Manager for Beijing, China.

At this position, responsibilities will be:

Interface with team and contribute to both create and support deployment of programs across the entire HR spectrum;
Liaise with colleagues at all levels, acting as a trusted advisor and business partner;
Support and coach Senior leader
Oversee administration of geo China
Work in collaboration with Corporate functions Comp & Ben, Legal, Talent Acquisition, Systems to roll out and monitor Programs and processes
Provide thought leadership on key culture-creation initiatives throughout the organization;
Exposure to managing a team
Between 9 and 12 year’s experience in similar capacity in HR with strong generalist background, within an international organization
Proven ability to deliver effective HR solutions and manage HR processes.
Strong business acumen and ability to work well across different functions in order to integrate HR and business strategies
Ability to work in a matrix environment;
Written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English;
Good listening skills and ability to relate to, influence, and coach employees of all levels in the organization
Experience working with fast growing, global teams
Strong appreciation for confidentiality
Organizational design and change management experience
