Are you a customer-focused, agile recruiting leader with a proven ability to build operationally excellent teams that engage, attract and hire outstanding talent?  Talend is hiring a Manager, Talent Acquisition to help lead our internal Talent Acquisition function. In this role, you will oversee the strategic leadership, development and management of the recruitment, employment branding, and candidate ambassador functions across Asia Pacific and Japan.
 
We are seeking a great leader who is capable of managing and growing a high-impact, agile, and global Talent Acquisition function. We need someone to build high-trust partnerships with business leaders, hiring managers and employees.  You must also have passion for building world-class recruiting programs and processes. We also need a leader who uses data effectively and places great value on the quality of experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.
 
This is a key hire for our team, and you’ll be playing a very visible role in the future growth of Talend. This position will sit full-time in our Singapore Office
 
WHAT YOU’LL BE WORKING ON:
 
Formulate talent acquisition strategies covering policies, processes, tools, systems and structures to support business growth, while at the same time ensuring quality, speed, and budget meet the needs of your internal business partners
Develop, execute, and continuously improve on our employer branding, candidate experience, interviewer training, diversity hiring, interview process, sourcing strategies, recruiting events, and more
Workforce planning experience, including partnering with Finance, Operations, and POPs to help predict hiring capabilities relative to the business strategy
Lead, mentor, and develop the existing APJ Talent Acquisition team
Work closely with hiring managers to ensure alignment of recruiting efforts and outcomes
Own and drive executive-level recruiting APJ level, while taking on additional open requisitions on an as needed basis
Partner with C-level executives and Finance on our quarterly and yearly growth plans and strategies
Desire to create and build a compelling employer brand through attending industry events, as well as refining and spearheading a social media strategy
Establish, track, and refine metrics that measure the success of our recruiting efforts, including compiling, analyzing, and disseminating APJ and regional data for executive management review and decision-making purposes
Act as a leader for the broader People team and contribute to the greater good of the People strategy
 

A LITTLE ABOUT YOU:

13+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, with a minimum of 5 years managing a Asia Pacific team
Experience managing, leading, and mentoring a diverse group of direct reports, and fully understand the dynamics and importance of building, growing, and developing your team
Previous experience at a technology company with a large sales function, where you have owned and developed a hyper-growth hiring strategy on 200+ net new hires per year
Experience partnering with business leaders and C-Levels
Passion for creatively owning and managing both employment branding and recruiting-specific social media on a tight budget
Successful track record of owning all Executive-level recruiting campaigns
Experience managing the strategic partnerships with LinkedIn, Jobvite, Indeed, Glassdoor, Xing, and Kunnunu to name a few; and the ability to identify emerging recruiting and employment branding platforms
