Este programa te permitirá referir a candidatos que se adecúen a alguna de las vacantes que tenemos abiertas y ser premiado por conectarnos con el mejor talento.

A continuación te explicaremos el paso a paso para que tu referido pueda ser parte nuestro equipo:

1. En el apartado "Submit your application" diligencia los datos de tu referido.

2. En el apartado de "Links" diligencia el perfil de LinkedIn de tu referido

3. En el apartado de "Please enter your personal information" diligencia tu información personal para poder contactarnos contigo y en caso de que tu referido cumpla con las condiciones.

- El candidato debe aplicar para alguna de las plazas activas disponibles en nuestra web page "Careers" en el momento en que lo envíes. Esto incluye cumplir con los requisitos de Idiomas.

- Tu referido debe tener una permanencia mínima de 30 días para que el bono sea pagadero.

- Los datos diligenciados en este formulario deben estar completos (tanto de tu referido como los tuyos).

- Si el referido ya se encuentra en nuestra base de datos no aplicaría para el programa. En caso de que aplique se te informará en un plazo de 5 días hábiles.

- Por cada candidato referido efectivo el referente recibe 500 USD. Este pago se realizará 45 días después del inicio del contrato a través de Paypal o Remitly.

This program will allow you to refer candidates that match one of our open positions and be rewarded for connecting us with the best talent.

Below we will explain the step-by-step process for your referral to become part of our team: 

1. In the section "submit your application", please fill the information of the referred candidate.

2. In the "links section", please provide and fill the referred candidate's LinkedIn profile.

3. In the section "please enter your personal information", fill in your information, so we effectively contact you as part of this process.

- The candidate must apply for one of the active positions available on our web page "Careers" at the time you send it. This includes meeting the Language requirements. 

- Your referral must complete successfully 30 days of employment with us, for the bonus to be payable.

- The data filled out in this form must be complete (both yours and your referral).

- If the referred candidate is already in our system, he/she will not apply nor be eligible for our program, for which you will be notified within 5 business days.

- For each eligible and accepted referral, the referrer will receive $500 USD.
