We are a US-based company with a strong presence in LATAM, specializing in near-shore outsourcing, technology solutions, software development, education, and digital transformation.
We're currently seeking a skilled QA Automation Professional to bolster our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products, with a focus on automation testing.
**Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Develop and execute automated test scripts using Postman for API testing, Cypress for Web applications, and Detox for React Native applications.
- Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks and tools, ensuring robust and scalable test suites.
- Utilize Cucumber for behavior-driven development (BDD) to create executable specifications and enhance test coverage.
- Conduct thorough regression testing, performance testing, and integration testing to validate software functionality.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with developers to resolve issues.
- Document test cases, test plans, and test results to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in automation testing.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in software quality assurance and automation testing.
- Proficiency in using Postman for API testing, Cypress for Web applications, and Detox for React Native applications.
- Experience with Cucumber or similar BDD frameworks.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, processes, and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Prior experience in the financial services sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
