We are a team of 13, venture backed, capital efficient, and fully remote.

Who We Are Looking For: TalentWall is growing it's small, but mighty, customer success team. As one of our first customer success hires, you will be the main point of contact for our customers. Together with customer support you will shape how we help and enable customers ranging from small startups to public companies.

What You'll Do:

    • You come ready to dive into the recruiting industry and learn how TalentWall serves our customers
    • You will quickly become a TalentWall super user - helping customers optimize their use of our platform
    • You connect easily, build trust & develop lasting relationships with our customers
    • You are detail oriented and a strong verbal and written communicator
    • You can distill customer feedback in a way that keeps the entire company in touch with our customer's experience and that will help us shape our product roadmap
    • You have a high level of empathy for our customers - their pain is our pain
    • You support the greater TalentWall team by bringing the customer experience to conversations to always improve our processes and product
    • You are the constant advocate and voice of our customer


    • 3+ years of SaaS customer success experience (REQUIRED)
    • You've previously grown with a small CSM function at a scaling SaaS startup
    • You are a self-starter and able to drive your work to completion without a lot of oversight
    • You might have previous experience in Talent Acquisition
