As VP, Head of Operational Programs, you will drive all centralized clinical functions for cross coverage, admin support, provider preferences, and patient retention – this is one of our most important and impactful roles at Talkiatry. We will look to you to solve problems, remove friction, and unblock resource constraints, reporting progress against key performance indicators along the way, in our aim to achieve top clinical excellence.
We are seeking a hands-on operator and business leader at the intersection of Healthcare, Program management, and Product Operations. Someone who loves to understand and run the nuts and bolts of our business, with experience in standardizing manual processes and ultimately automating and productizing them. Someone who can distill and break down the complexities and nuances of our care delivery into its subcomponents, making sure we deliver every day the best experience, at the highest quality and consistency. Someone who is never satisfied with the status quo and who wants to always aim higher and make things work better, faster, and smoother.
Our ideal candidate is hands-on with their curiosity, process and results-driven, a proven cross-functional leader, and an effective people manager (including team members who do not directly report into this role). If you are a highly motivated individual with a passion for healthcare and a proven track record in standardizing and automating manual workflows, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
You will identify needs and areas of improvements for our clinicians and patients, help tech and product to prioritize their work, and ultimately help land those rollouts in the most effective and smoothest way.
