Art Producer

As the Art Producer, you will be collaborating with a team of designers, artists, and engineers to create AR games for kids. This position will require exceptional project management, communication skills, and a strong understanding of the art creation process. The Sr Art Producer works closely with the Art Director and external vendors to ensure the quality and integrity of the art meets or exceeds product vision.

What you'll do:

    • Act as the main point of contact for several external studios
    • Run daily stand-ups and weekly planning
    • Collaborate with different departments and leads to understand, communicate and schedule cross-discipline asset deliveries
    • Coordinate and track the art team to ensure that project goals and tasks are completed on time to quality
    • Track feedback on all assets throughout the stages of production, verify standards and communicate readiness
    • Help settle project-related conflicts and disputes, and remain proactive in problem solving
    • Manage competing priorities, working to prioritize based on impact, risk, and effort
    • Make scalable, sustainable solutions to help the team operate efficiently
    • Create a standardized system for reviews, final delivery, and context sharing

    • Understanding of the game production process and development cycle
    • Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems efficiently 
    • Strong time management skills with a proven ability to focus on priorities, juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines 
    • Ability to work cooperatively with artists, engineers and designers
    • Comfort with ambiguity
    • Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of an organization on a broad range of topics: technical, business and creative

Required Experience:

    • 4+ years Project Management experience in art and game development
    • Experience managing art departments
    • Animation, design, UI/UX etc
    • Shipped a minimum of 2 video game titles Experience with 3D software is a plus
