Position Responsibilities
·       Manage day to day HR operations of the agency
·       Lead recruiting and hiring efforts, working with agency leadership to determine hiring needs, sourcing qualified candidates, coordinating the interview process, reference checks and contract negotiations
·       Partner with managers to create and support a culture of inclusion where all employees feel valued
·       Work with management to successfully communicate Tank’s employer brand both internally and externally
·       Conduct new employee on-boarding process including continued development of Tank’s on-boarding process
·       Serve as a valued resource to employees on employment, payroll, performance and benefit related areas
·       Assist with utilization reporting and client resourcing
·       Administration of benefits program including health, dental, disability and life insurance programs, HRA and 401K program
·       Development and administration, along with agency leadership, of agency policies and procedures
·       Support employees and agency leadership in various HR-related topics (i.e. leaves, compensation, disputes) and help resolve issues
·       Manage and facilitate employee review and evaluation process
·       Maintain knowledge of federal, state, local employment laws and compliance requirements
·       Monitor industry benefits and HR trends for continued improvement of agency benefits and work environment
·       Maintain a pipeline of candidates and contractors with differing backgrounds and experiences for various departments
·     Other human resources duties as needed

Qualifications
·       5 + successful years professional HR experience with increasing responsibilities
·       Prior experience in the advertising industry strongly preferred
·       Degree Holder, preferably in HR or business
·       Knowledge across a broad spectrum of the HR functional areas
·       Strong drive to create a positive, inclusive work environment
·       Apply a solution-oriented approach to problem solving
·       Ability to identify and address possible compliance related issues
·       Balance strategic and tactical requirements of the position
·       Professional certification a plus (PHR/SPHR)
·       Knowledge of HRIS and ATS platforms
