Co-op/Internship - Developer Advocate (Summer 2022)

Taplytics is looking for a developer advocate to build strong relationships between the development community and our new DevCycle product.

A product built by developers, for developers, DevCycle is looking for someone who can side-step the marketing speak and engage directly with the community, helping engineering teams become elite engineering teams with DevCycle and its integrations.

Working closely with all departments, you will be in a unique position to represent both the community and the company, impacting the future direction of the product and its roadmap, while developing your skills in developer relations and building your network.

Responsibilities include:

    • Developing tutorials, writing blog posts, maintaining documentation
    • Addressing community questions on Github issues, Stack Overflow, Discord
    • Promoting DevCycle through social media, conferences, and meetups
    • Representing the needs of the community in product prioritization exercises
    • Creating and promoting sample apps showcasing DevCycle

Qualifications include:

    • General experience with many programming languages, including Javascript/Node
    • Strong and enthusiastic communicator
    • Hungry to experiment with new technologies
    • Passionate about modern engineering practices, including feature flags and continuous deployment
