TDA is seeking an Art Director with 2-5 years of experience to join our collaborative team. We’re looking for an enthusiastic and talented creative who is eager to produce top-tier work and is committed to putting in the effort required to achieve it. A strong desire to learn and a willingness to contribute to our cherished agency culture are essential. You’ll have the opportunity to work across various brands and take on as much responsibility as you care to handle. Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with Copywriters to develop creative concepts and executions of assigned projects across a variety of mediums, that are on brand and strategy
    • Ability to clearly articulate creative concepts
    • Communicate effectively and work closely with all departments as a team player to ensure the creative needs of agency clients are met
    • Manage multiple assignments and clients
    • Build compelling decks for client presentations and pitch work
    • Track and maintain accurate timesheets

Qualifications and Requirements

    • 2-5 years agency experience is a must
    • Creative Portfolio is required to be considered
    • Ability to work well under tight deadlines
    • Strong collaborator
    • Exceptional attention to detail
    • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator

Salary range: $75,000-90,000 based on experience

This is a full-time position in our Boulder, CO office. Our office is currently operating in a hybrid capacity with one in-office day per week. We are committed to finding top talent and will prioritize local candidates, but we are open to considering remote applicants for the right fit.
