As a Recruiter, you will play a key role in managing the full-cycle recruitment process—from job posting and sourcing to interviewing and hiring. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand project needs and identify candidates who thrive in client-facing roles across technical and professional services functions.

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles (project managers, analysts, coordinators, technical consultants, etc.)

Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies

Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and other creative channels

Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure strong cultural and technical fit

Schedule and coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and support the decision-making process

Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout all stages of the hiring process

Build and maintain a pipeline of talent for current and future staffing needs

Track and report on key recruiting metrics using our ATS and internal tracking tools

Update and maintain company policies, procedures, and training materials related to recruiting

Provide interview training for new and existing staff

Represent the company brand with professionalism and enthusiasm to external candidates and partners

2- 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in consulting, engineering, or technical industries.

Strong sourcing skills and ability to identify passive talent

Experience working with consulting firms is a plus

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities

Familiarity with ATS platforms and HR/recruiting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Lever)

Collaborative, adaptable, and resourceful
