We are looking for a Content Marketing Manager and experienced copywriter to champion
Tealium’s brand voice and external communications. In this role you will develop a deep
understanding of our customers in order to produce engaging and relevant content that improves
customer engagement, build awareness, and ultimately drives sales. As part of the marketing team,
you will develop a wide range of content for every stage of the funnel across media including
ebooks, blog articles/case studies, video, and other content assets. You will also partner with other
members of the Marketing team to execute customer acquisition campaigns to drive growth for the
business.

What You Will Do:

    • Build and execute a content strategy and editorial calendar with engaging and relevant content for our customers and prospects
    • Understand and report on what content is effective for driving engagement, and where there are opportunities to improve
    • Write and manage content including the blog, ebooks, cheat sheets or video to be used for demand gen and ABM programs
    • Collaborate across the Marketing team to optimize content for SEO and develop creative assets
    • Work with PR team to support by-line opportunities
    • Partner across the company to continuously improve the quality and consistency of written and verbal communication
    • Be eager to learn and take on new responsibilities!

Requirements:

    • Passion for content marketing!!! This is a fun job and we want you to bring the joy!
    • 4+ years of professional writing experience in journalism, advertising, or marketing
    • Excellent storytelling and editing / proofreading skills
    • Social media fluency / experience managing social channels for businesses
    • Experience creating ebooks and other types of content for demand generation
    • Experience with email marketing, direct mail, and/or direct response marketing campaigns
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
    • Creativity and thoughtfulness about how written content, typography, and graphic design interrelate
    • Experience collaborating with various sales, marketing, and design function
