We bring the joy of a delicious cup of coffee from your favorite roaster into your home. Our ideal candidate should have 2+ years of experience in the design world. The product designer will create best-in-class digital experiences that serve our customers and roasters, creatively solve business goals, express the values of our brand, and push the envelope of cutting-edge interaction design. Experience in digital product design is a must. This role reports into the Product Design Director and will partner closely with our Head of Product, engineers, brand designers, marketing, and customer experience teams. The environment is fast-paced—where prioritization, communication, and organizational skills are essential. Must have a positive “can do” attitude.

RESPONSIBILITIES
—Turn ideas into prototypes, and prototypes into fully polished digital experiences
—Be responsible for all aspects of design for your projects from inception through launch, working closely with product and engineering throughout the design process
—Make informed design decisions based on research, customer and roaster feedback, site metrics, and usability data
—Establish and maintain visual design principles and interaction patterns
—Partner with our creative team on maintaining the integrity of our brand throughout the product journey
—Collaborate daily with the design and product team

REQUIREMENTS
—2+ years of experience as a visual or product designer
—Impeccable visual design craft and taste
—Experience in designing ecommerce experiences
—Experience in interactive design and the use of animation and motion
—Cross-platform experience (mobile and desktop web, android, iOS, email)
—Comfortable working with data to inform decisions
—Developed an iterative, customer-centric approach to designing experiences
—Experience conducting user research and user testing
—Have worked collaboratively with product, creative, and engineering teams
—Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
—Strategic product thinking and vision
—Bonus if you have experience with prototyping tools and the ability to code
—Passion for coffee a huge plus
