Responsibilities:
- Directly supervise the service team, including technicians, dispatchers, and estimators.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.
- Oversee daily service operations with a focus on prioritizing customer satisfaction.
- Ensure timely completion of maintenance visits, service calls and projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Resolve issues promptly and identify opportunities for growth.
- Optimize scheduling and dispatch processes to minimize response times.
- Reduce costs and increase productivity.
- Implement and maintain quality control processes.
- Ensure high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular reports on service performance, customer satisfaction, and team productivity.
- Provide insights for improvement.
- Ensure staff adheres to health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in HVAC or a related field.
- Degree in a related field or equivalent field experience.
- Extensive experience with commercial boilers and chillers.
- Strong understanding of HVAC and plumbing systems.
- Certifications or licensing in HVAC preferred.
- Must hold DC steam engineer class 3 or higher, or be eligible and willing to obtain it
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interact effectively with diverse clients and internal teams.
- Experience with service management software such as ServiceTrade or similar platforms.

$90,000 - $130,000 a year
