Position: Account Executive
Are you a highly motivated individual with a passion for building strong relationships and exceeding sales targets? This role is responsible for generating new business by targeting new accounts and creating strong relationships. The ideal candidate must be an experienced self-starter, who is a high-performing team player with a positive attitude who can come in and hit the ground running.
 
Responsibilities:
·      Develop strong business relationships with existing and new customers to contribute to their marketing and print goals.
·      Formulate a sales plan to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
·      Sell a full line of printing services to local businesses.
·      Collaborate with customer service representatives to provide excellent customer service.
·      Develop unique customer business applications and pricing proposals.
·      Deliver customer presentations, demonstrations, and proposals.
·      Utilize internal resources to present total solutions to customers.
·      Maintain customer information and contacts using internal CRM system.
·      This role is hybrid, required in office 1-2 days per week.
 
Requirements:
·      Minimum of 5 years of digital and commercial sales experience, experience in printing a plus.
·      Familiar with basic digital marketing.
·      Independent, self-motivated sales professional with excellent cold-calling and closing skills.
·      Effective communication skills in various settings.
·      Proficient in Microsoft Office.
·      Cooperative team player.
·      Ability to overcome objections.
·      Dynamic, outgoing personality with strong networking abilities.
 
Compensation:
Annual on-target earnings (OTE) are expected to be between $100,000 to $120,000+ (includes base and commission) depending on sales performance.
