We are seeking a driven, tech-savvy Sales Manager to join our team and help grow our business by building strong relationships with flooring stores and distributors.

Position Overview

    • The Sales Manager will lead a small sales team while actively managing B2B sales throughout the the U.S. This is a hybrid role, combining in-office leadership with travel to meet clients, drive new business, and strengthen existing partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

    • Lead, mentor, and support a team of 2 sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales goals.
    • Develop and execute sales strategies targeting flooring stores and distributors in the region.
    • Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities to grow revenue.
    • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing accounts to drive repeat business.
    • Track and manage sales pipeline, opportunities, and customer interactions using HubSpot CRM.
    • Represent Grill Works at industry events, trade shows, and customer visits.
    • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy.

Qualifications

    • Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in flooring, building products, or related industries.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot experience preferred).
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to travel domestically as required.
    • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable in both strategic planning and hands-on sales activities.

$100,000 - $120,000 a year
