We are looking for an ambitious and driven Acquisition Manager. As an ambitious Acquisition Manager you will be directly involved in various Tech Nations programmes including the Founders’ Network programme, you will play a big part in achieving our ambitious growth targets.

Focus of the role

    • Responsibility for the paid social budget and advertising strategy, to ensure we’re seen by our target audience and drive registrations to our database
    • Plan, optimise and execute Google Adwords accounts to ensure our message is reaching entrepreneurs and stakeholders outside of our existing network
    • Implement testing across all platforms to improve conversion, delivering strategies to drive increased, targeted traffic to the site
    • Develop and manage the company SEO strategy, auditing the brand and improving our presence on Google
    • Support the wider content and marketing team to execute email marketing activities to meet targets and timelines
    • Be a team player and collaborator, embed yourself within the wider marketing team in both Manchester and London to ensure efficiency, data focus & overall marketing performance optimisation
    • Optimise Google Analytics tracking and conversion management and run regular performance reports

The skills and experience you’ll likely have are:

    • Significant proven experience in traffic generation and audience targeting
    • Experience delivering against ambitious targets
    • Highly proficient using Google Adwords, social advertising platforms, Google Display Network and other online platforms
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
