The Role
We are in an exciting period of growth and expanding rapidly across the UK. In order to scale effectively, we are looking for a highly organised portfolio manager who will use agile methodology to coordinate our internal roadmap of activity and be a central point of support on all communications and meetings around the roadmap. The role will include supporting financial and impact reporting of our portfolio to our CEO and COO.

Your responsibilities:

    • Agile is a must: Apply agile methodology to all project delivery and coaching teams
    • Be a great leader: Manage the portfolio view of all our key activities, working directly with the Exec team
    • Find the constraints: Highlight any roadblocks or resource constraints at portfolio level in a timely way and work with all team leads to alleviate them
    • Create and manage the roadmap: Work closely with the Programme Leads to coordinate our roadmap of events, launches and releases
    • Facilitate Decision Den: our fortnightly priorities session, including setting up the agenda, distributing support materials, taking minutes and publishing all decisions in a simple, accessible way
    • Own the Decision Den material: guide programme teams to ensure that the input is consistent, answers key questions and showcases - our fortnightly session for teams to show the work they’ve completed in the past 2-4 weeks
    • Seek to optimise internal processes: Identify ways of improving efficiency and effectiveness of resource and financial planning and forecasting
    • Monthly reporting & analysis: Working with the Finance Manager and Senior Business Performance Manager to provide rolled up and detailed reporting on each programme for our monthly monitoring meeting and quarterly board reports
