ABOUT YOU:
We are seeking for a passionate Technical Support Analyst who is eager to contribute to the team's effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
This position will be responsible for responding to technical support tickets related to our software products, testing our software apps before providing the best solution and inserting customer and account data in the database. We are looking for self-motivated individuals with excellent troubleshooting skills who can manage and resolve the issues related to our software products. The candidate needs to be analytical, patient when handling tough cases and customer service oriented.
Looking for team members for afternoon and evening shifts: 12–8 PM and 2–10 PM. Occasional in-office presence required.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues related to our software products
- Providing answers to our clients and sales representatives via email, by determining the cause of the problem
- Selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem
- Expediting correction or adjustment and following up to ensure a resolution
- Testing programs, components, and software apps
- Improving system performance by identifying problems and recommending changes
- Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Inserting customer and account data in the database
- Compiling, verifying the accuracy and sorting the information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
- Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and checking out input
- Applying data program technics and procedures
YOU ARE A GREAT FIT IF YOU BRING THE FOLLOWING:
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Technical Support Analyst
- Excellent written and verbal English skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Trustworthy with an eye for detail
- Ability to stay calm and patient when handling tough cases
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Ability to work on a small team on a wide-ranging set of projects and technologies
- Strong personal commitment to quality
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Available for flexible schedule, especially between 2 p.m. to 10 p.m.
