You will be joining one of the most advanced technical recruitment teams in the UK; we have a truly innovative culture, built around unwavering honesty and an ‘EVERY DAY IS DAY 1’ attitude
As an intern you will be joining a high performing finance function that is unlocking scale and growth for a fast paced Tech Recruiting business. You will have access to an exceptional training plan and be able to have an impact daily.
Job Duties to Include
- Updating Internal Trackers
- Monitoring Asset Account
- Office coordination duties
- Assist with preparation of monthly management reports & EOY Management Accounts
- Booking Monthly Social Events Assist in quarterly and annual audits of financial records
- Complete daily bank reconciliations
- Participate in month-end reconciliations & Account Sweeps
- Investigate discrepancies that arise within the client money reconciliations
- Liaise with the Payments and back-office teams on transactions within client accounts
- Managing financial administration including raising Invoices
- Building dashboards and insight reports
Requirements and skills
- Work experience as a Finance Assistant
- Good knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures
- Advanced MS Excel/ Google sheets skills (creating spreadsheets and using financial functions)
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g. xero)
- Organizational and time-management skills Attention to detail, with an ability to spot numerical errors
- Good Knowledge of Accruals and prepayments
