Joining us our People Partner you will drive our growth efforts by identifying great people to join us on their journey as Recruiters but also build development plans and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.

Responsibilities:

    • Talent Acquisition & Strategy:
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles within the organization.
    • Develop and execute recruiting plans and strategies to fill current and future job openings.
    • Work closely with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and role requirements.
    • Sourcing:
    • Identify and source potential candidates through various channels including job boards, professional networks, and social media.
    • Attend and host job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment-related activities.
    • Candidate Experience:
    • Screen and interview candidates, ensuring a positive and efficient experience throughout the hiring process.
    • Provide timely feedback to candidates and address any queries or concerns.
    • Onboarding:
    • Collaborate with HR and departmental teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.
    • Assist in the development and improvement of company recruitment policies and processes.
    • Reporting & Metrics:
    • Maintain recruitment databases and produce regular recruitment metrics and reports.
    • Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas of improvement and ensure best practices.
    • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Build strong relationships with hiring managers, HR team members, and external partners.
    • Provide guidance and advice to hiring managers on recruitment best practices, market trends, and compensation benchmarking.
