- Leading a growing group of 15+ engineers, split in 2 teams, with one engineering manager each
- Coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing engineers and teams.
- Ensuring high psychological safety
- Partnering with our product and data science teams to establish the roadmap and achieve sustainable throughput while iterating fast
- Challenging engineers on system design, scope or sequencing to deliver faster while decreasing the technical debt.
- You are not afraid to dive into a very technical conversation
- Actively tackling any bottleneck in the system, wherever they are.
- You will get your hands dirty and help wherever is needed.
- We are looking for builders.
- Contributing to the evolution of our architecture, tools, and processes
- Partnering with other engineering managers on cross-cutting initiatives like hiring or onboarding

- Proven and reputable experience in software engineering.
- While this role is not hands-on, you still consider yourself a software engineer at heart and are not afraid to get your hands dirty
- Are passionate about leading a distributed full-stack team, in a fast pace environment.
- You have managed 15+ reports before, preferably more
- You provide clarity and make things happen
- Has an appetite to understand the business in depth and work closely with our internal and external partners to test and release new ideas fast. Have a data-driven mindset.
- You challenge teams to measure impact and demonstrate added value
- Have great communication skills.
- Both verbal and in writing
