With a market size worth $103Bn by 2030, the global femtech sector is largely under-served especially in the domain of menopause care.

This company has built the world’s leading menopause app - in its first 2 years of existence, it has helped hundreds of thousands of women in more than 215 countries. Being the only menopause support app certified by ORCHA, it is trusted by healthcare professionals to be used as part of the treatment pathway.

Founded by a leading GP & Menopause Specialist, their mission is to help improve the health of women globally and make menopause support inclusive and accessible to all. They are guided by strong ethical principles to always put mission before profit. The app enables women to track their symptoms, access personalised expert content, share stories and download their Health Report© to share with their healthcare professional in order to get a fast diagnosis and access to treatment which they are so often denied. The app has also recently developed a premium version, the world’s first health and wellbeing companion dedicated to menopausal women, available to users and also corporate clients.

They look forward to remaining at the forefront of innovation and utilising the latest advances in technology and data science to advance their mission. They are looking for a Head of Engineering to build a new team and culture of Engineering excellence to support them at this exciting time in their journey. The opportunities are unlimited and the impact is global and real.
