Since our launch in 2019 we have worked with over 100 businesses including great brands like Babylon, ZOE, Improbable, Wayve, Contentsquare, Consesys helping them to hyper-scale across design, data, engineering, and product globally.

We’re determined to radically transform tech recruitment. We're strategically expanding our sales efforts across Europe and the USA by introducing a dedicated Business Development Representative (BDR) function. This new role aims to spearhead the launch of innovative sales initiatives in these regions. The BDRs will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, nurturing relationships, and driving the company's growth by leveraging Techruiter's recruitment solutions.

The BDR will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify potential clients, develop sales strategies, and execute targeted outreach campaigns. This role requires a proactive and self-motivated individual with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

We’re results-oriented. We don’t waste time. We care about our clients and their experience with you.

We are techruiter.

What we're looking for

    • Industry Knowledge:

    • Reasonable baseline Tech Knowledge (at least!)
    • We can teach a good amount of tech knowledge to our tech recruiters; but if you’ve been in this industry for a number of years, you should have a broad understanding of technologies, in areas such as (but not limited to): technology stacks; programming languages; database and infrastructure technologies. We want (and great engineers love) speaking to someone who can literally "speak their language".

What you should bring to the table

    • Strong Communication Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for effectively engaging with clients, conveying value propositions, and building relationships. You should be able to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.

    • Business Acumen:
    • Being able to understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and industry-specific dynamics is essential. It enables you to position your company's services as solutions that align with their goals and provide tangible value.

    • Resilience and Persistence:
    • Business development can be challenging, requiring perseverance and resilience. Being able to handle rejection, adapt to changing circumstances, and maintain a positive attitude will help you overcome obstacles and achieve your targets.

    • Tech Tools and CRM Proficiency:
    • Familiarity with sales productivity tools, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and other tech tools will enhance your efficiency in managing leads, tracking progress, and analyzing data. Applicants should have experience in Email sequences, B2B sales, nurturing, lead generation using tools such as Hubspot navigator, creating video and email campaigns. Experience with market mapping decision makers in startups and high growth tech companies is preferable.

    • Lead generation:
    • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target markets in Europe and the USA. Successful applicants will have experience in generating qualified leads and prospecting new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking.
