We're a team of ex-McKinsey executives who have built a team of 11 with €17.5M to deploy on building an on-demand health care platform in South America, Africa and Asia. With more than 1.3 million users already registered, we’re now expanding to another 15 countries. Speed, scale and quality are key as we create these user-centric and affordable healthcare apps.
We’re bringing on-board an exceptional Scrum Master for our brand new Barcelona team, which will encompass Front end, Back end, QA, DevOps and Platform Engineers, alongside Product Designers. ☕️
Responsibilities
- Lead the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices
- Help the development team to ensure customer satisfaction
- Lead the scrum and development teams in self-organization
- Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments
- Help the scrum and development teams to identify and fill in blanks in the Agile framework
- Resolve conflicts and issues that occur
- Help the scrum team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity
- Provide education where needed
