Position Overview:
As a QA Automation Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in our development lifecycle, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, automate test cases, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our products.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites to validate software functionality, performance, and reliability.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and drive the creation of efficient test plans.
- Execute both manual and automated tests, analyze results, and report findings to ensure software quality.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues, working proactively to address and resolve them in a timely manner.
- Contribute to the enhancement of QA processes, tools, and methodologies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years in QA automation, testing frameworks, and tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Cucumber).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities in a team environment.
