The Partnership Associate reports to the Tech Talent Project Partnership Operations Manager  and provides key project management and administrative support to Tech Talent Project’s Partnerships Team.

Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.

Essential Responsibilities and Tasks: Recruiting Support and Project Management

    • Oversee and ensure the recruiting workstream is effective and efficient.
    • Provide feedback on the process; raise potential challenges; and analyze and iterate on potential solutions to ensure workstream meets its goals
    • Work closely with Partnership Operations Manager , leadership, advocates, and others to proactively schedule events and meetings for recruits and partnerships
    • Provide logistical and content support for recruiting events and recruit vetting process
    • Ensure all recruits receive an excellent candidate experience by keeping track of the status of all recruits and ensuring they receive prompt response to any needs
    • Prepare and provide documentation and other communication and information as required for recruits and the recruiting workstream
    • Collect and record all required data on recruits and the recruiting process
    • Provide feedback on and lead iterative improvements to the recruiting process
    • Track tasks and deliverables for projects, as requested
    • Lead projects to improve recruiting and operational processes, as requested

Required Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Ability

    • 3 to 5  years of public service or customer service experience
    • Familiarity with the tech industry and/or government
    • Track record of successfully managing projects

Valued and Non-Essential Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Ability

    • Experience with technical recruiting and recruiting coordination
    • Experience with data analysis and/or project management
    • Experience with startups and/or remote teams

Status:  Exempt, Full Time 
Salary: DOE $60,000-80,000 
Expected Start Date: January 24, 2022
