Working with the Lead, People Systems, the HRIS Business Analyst is responsible for collaborating closely with the sites HR business subject matter experts (SMEs) and the HRIS team to elicit, analyze and document business processes, document manuals, support SAP Success Factors training and testing, and follow up on system defects.
Responsibilities
- Be a courageous safety leader, adhere to and sponsor safety and environmental rules and procedures
- Fulfill the role of a subject matter expert in HR business processes and SAP SF Employee Central and Onboarding matters, review functional specifications (Workbooks), review/prepare test cases and prepare manuals, documents and training material
- Analyze HR processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency
- Communicate directly with the business and site SMEs and offer training and guidance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Payroll, HR, Finance) to ensure seamless data integration across systems
- Oversee data entry processes and conduct regular audits to maintain accuracy, completeness and consistency
- Assist in testing for system upgrades, enhancements and new implementations
- Ensure SuccessFactors configuration and HR master data is compliant with established governance policies
Qualifications:

$91,000 - $113,000 a year
The actual base salary offered is determined based on the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, and competencies and considers internal equity.
