The mission of this role is to ensure that Tegus is an irreplaceable part of Tegus customers’ research process, consistently delivering value by building trust, learning about their priorities and preferences, and guiding them on how to best leverage the Tegus content platform and expert call services. Specifically, this role will own 1) expanding revenue from Tegus’s existing customer base and 2) maximizing retention across Tegus platform subscription customers. 

Responsibilities

    • Up-sell new users/seats and cross-sell additional products to Tegus customers.
    • Successfully onboard and engage customers throughout the renewal cycle with the objective of promoting platform adoption and renewal.
    • Demonstrate customer empathy through building strong relationships with Tegus customers, and understanding and delivering upon complex business needs.
    • Internally serve as the voice of the customer and engage in discussions across the organization, translating customer feedback into actionable insights.
    • Successfully exceed annual upsell and net retention quotas.

Qualifications

    • A track record of success in up-selling enterprise software or services, as evidenced by consistently being a top performer on your team and/or exceeding quota and net retention goals.
    • Excitement to be the goal scorer and desire to be a part of a winning organization.
    • Incredibly strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Excellent customer empathy and experience selling to sophisticated clients with complex business needs.
    • Eagerness to continuously grow, improve your skills, and invite constructive criticism.
    • Knowledge of, or desire to gain deep knowledge of the finance and stock market domains.
