Overview
We are looking for a customer-centric On-Ground Operations Specialist to join our team and play a critical role in onboarding and activating new users. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, responsible for guiding them through our product, helping them activate their accounts, use our app, and complete their KYC. You will ensure every interaction reflects our service level agreements (SLA), values, and dedication to user satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
* Customer Onboarding & Activation
- Generate new sales leads and build a robust pipeline to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Conduct initial outreach and engage with new customers.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and support
- Guide users through account creation and activation process.
- Present products or services in a compelling way, demonstrating how they solve customer problems and add value.
- Demonstrate how to use our app features and functionality.
- Understand customer needs and challenges through effective questioning and active listening.
* Customer Education & Support
- Explain product benefits, use-cases, and day-to-day value.
- Walk customers through our Know Your Customer (KYC) steps and requirements.
- Address any initial concerns or questions and escalate if needed.
* Process Adherence & Quality
- Follow standardized onboarding procedures and SLAs.
- Ensure accurate documentation and submission of customer details and verification documents.
- Support compliance by upholding all internal policies and data privacy regulations.
* Customer-Centric Experience
- Gather feedback during onboarding to improve processes and the overall user experience.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to foster loyalty.
* Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work with the operations, product, and customer experience teams to resolve onboarding issues.
- Provide insights on customer pain points and suggest process improvements.
Required Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor degree of business or any related field.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (Arabic & English).
Tech-savvy; comfortable explaining mobile apps and digital tools.
Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving attitude.
Experience in fintech, telecom, or digital services is a plus.
Flexibility to work on-ground in different locations.
Experience:
0 - 2 years of experience in customer service, operations, or field activation roles.
