Overview
Telda is seeking a dedicated and strategic Talent Acquisition Partner to specialize in recruiting for our critical Supporting Functions. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment of professionals across departments. You will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, ensuring we attract, assess, and hire top-tier talent that drives the efficiency and strategic goals of our entire organization.

Responsibilities:  

- Serve as a primary point of contact and trusted advisor for hiring managers within various supporting functions.
- Conduct thorough intake meetings with hiring managers to understand specific talent needs, role requirements, and team dynamics.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned requisitions, from requisition creation to offer acceptance and seamless handoff to onboarding.
- Design and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify both active and passive candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, local job boards, professional networks, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Conduct thorough candidate screening, including resume reviews and initial phone interviews, to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and a consistent, effective evaluation process for hiring teams.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment journey by providing timely communication, constructive feedback, and professional guidance.
- Actively gather candidate feedback to continuously improve recruitment processes and employer brand perception.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress.

Required Qualifications
Education: 
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong ability to build rapport and establish trusting relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and a team player.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing, engaging, and hiring top talent for various professional roles.
- Deep understanding of different sourcing methodologies and tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and professional networks prevalent in Egypt.

Experience: 
3 - 5 y of relevant years of progressive experience in full-cycle talent acquisition, with a significant focus on recruiting for diverse supporting functions.
