Overview
Telda is looking for a strategic and data-oriented Growth Manager to drive user and revenue growth across the entire funnel—from acquisition to activation, retention, and monetization. You will lead full-funnel growth initiatives, partner with cross-functional teams (product, data, CRM, design), and ensure growth campaigns directly contribute to Telda’s KPIs including CAC efficiency, user engagement, retention, and lifetime value.

Responsibilities: 
- Own and drive the performance of full-funnel growth strategies across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
- Launch and scale experiments across paid channels (Meta, Google, TikTok), organic growth, partnerships, and referrals.
- Collaborate with CRM, product, and data teams to optimize user journeys and conversion funnels.
- Monitor and improve key KPIs including CAC, retention rate, and LTV across different user segments.
- Manage budget allocation and ensure campaigns meet ROI and payback period targets
- Deep-dive into cohort data and behavior to identify growth opportunities and funnel drop-offs.
- Partner with data analysts to design and track dashboards, attribution models, and growth reporting frameworks.

Required Qualifications

Education: 
Bachelor of business or any related degree. 

Skills:
- Strong understanding of growth metrics (CAC, LTV, payback period, retention) and performance analysis.
- Proven track record in launching and scaling user acquisition or lifecycle campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with ad platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google UAC), analytics tools (GA4, Firebase), and experimentation frameworks.

Experience: 
3 - 5 years of experience in product-led growth roles.
Fintech or consumer app experience is a strong plus.
