As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. You’ll work closely with the Growth, Product, and Data teams to maximize ROI and scale our fintech solutions effectively.
- Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other digital channels.
- Own customer acquisition strategies, focusing on CAC, LTV, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and funnels through A/B testing and data analysis.
- Work with the Data & Product teams to align marketing efforts with user behavior and retention metrics.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively to maximize performance.
- Stay updated on fintech and digital marketing trends to drive innovation.
5+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or growth marketing.
Proven track record of acquisition campaigns in fintech, e-commerce, or digital services.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic platforms.
Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics, or other data tools.
Experience with CRM, automation, and retargeting strategies.
Ability to manage budgets, optimize spend, and report on key performance metrics.
Bonus: Experience in SEO, ASO, or affiliate marketing.
