Telda is a financial brand built for Millennials and GenZ to take the pain out of peer-to-peer payments. We are bringing a better way to send, spend and save to anyone who has ever sought an alternative to the traditional banking system.

Overview
We’re looking for a CRM Manager to lead lifecycle marketing at Telda. You’ll be responsible for building data-driven user journeys to engage, retain, and monetize our user base. You’ll lead all communications across push, SMS, in-app, email, and build automated flows that influence key product metrics.

Responsibilities: 
- Own and lead lifecycle strategies across onboarding, activation, retention, resurrection, and monetization.
- Build automated journeys and campaigns across push, in-app, email, SMS, and WhatsApp.
- Segment users based on behavior, recency, value, and product engagement.
- Drive monthly uplift in active users and retention rate.
- Partner with product, data, and design teams to ideate and ship high-impact campaigns.
- Run experiments across messaging, timing, offers, and creatives; and optimize based on impact.
- Use MoEngage (or similar tools) to build and analyze journeys and measure campaign ROI.
- Coordinate cross-sell efforts between different products.

Required Qualifications

Education: 
Bachelor degree in Marketing or any related field. 

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., MoEngage, Braze, CleverTap, Leanplum).
- Analytical and segmentation-driven; knows how to set up experiments and measure impact.
- Deep understanding of user behavior and app funnel analytics.
- Creative thinking with strong copy and user experience understanding.

Experience: 
3–5 years of CRM or lifecycle marketing experience, ideally in a B2C app.
