We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. As the Teleo Account Manager, you will be responsible for leading and supporting our dealer network to achieve sales targets within your assigned region. Working closely with the VP of Sales, you will develop and implement sales strategies, provide training and support to dealers, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving sales.

You will report directly to the VP of Sales, providing regular updates on sales performance, market trends, and dealer activities. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and customer service, you will ensure effective communication and alignment of sales strategies.



Qualifications

    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field. MBA is a plus.Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment. Prior experience in a regional sales management role is highly desirable.
    • Sales Leadership: Strong leadership and coaching skills, with a demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire a sales team and dealer network.
    • Dealer Management: Proven experience in managing dealer relationships, providing training, and supporting dealers to achieve sales targets.
    • Sales Results: Track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets and driving sales growth within a designated territory.
    • Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and execute sales strategies, adapt to changing market conditions, and identify growth opportunities.
    • Strong Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present and negotiate with dealers and internal stakeholders.
    • Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
    • Customer-Focused: Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the dealer network.
    • Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required (approximately 60% of the time).
