Financial Accountant

As a Financial Accountant, you’ll be a key contributor to our Finance team, supporting day-to-day operations and strategic goals. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across accounting functions.
Essential Functions
- Own and manage core accounting tasks, with a focus on Accounts Payable.
- Ensure documentation aligns with contract and regulatory requirements.
- Process vouchers and expense reports in accordance with Telligen policies.
- Support monthly and bi-weekly accounting cycles.
- Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare adjusting journal entries and assist with annual audits.
- Compile tax-related work papers, including 1099s.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (0–2 years of experience), or
- Associate’s degree in Accounting (2–4 years of experience).
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with Accounts Payable, Journal Entries, and General Ledger.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Bonus Points
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience aligned with degree level.
- Advanced Excel skills.
