We’re looking for an Operations Manager to own several projects specifically supporting our Business Operations team. You will work closely with the operations leadership to provide insights, lead initiatives, and communicate clear progress to goals.  Additionally, you will help identify the best opportunities to improve processes and drive business growth with a high degree of independence.     • Contribute to both department and company level strategic decisions to prioritize within functional areas; guide and set goals for the team
    • Develop decision-making frameworks to support the company in sound business decision-making
    • Identify operational opportunities and help improve or innovate upon processes
    • Build, maintain, communicate, and present detailed reporting
    • Present models, findings and insights to senior management to drive business decisions
    • Collaborate with other stakeholders in Operations, as well as marketing, product, and other functions, to ensure that insights inform broader critical initiatives
    • Plan, lead and execute multiple cross functional projects with minimal guidance
    • Identify opportunities for scale and automation, and blueprint the systems necessary to create long-term efficiencies
    • Advocate effectively for process improvements and organizational changes


    • 6-8 years of relevant experience in a Operations role, especially at a startup
    • 3-4 years of management experience, either in corporate or at a startup
    • Advanced to expert fluency in Excel / GSheets and SQL-based data manipulation
    • Advanced to expert fluency in PowerPoint presentations
    • Strong executive communication skills and the ability to pitch recommendations to both technical and non-technical leadership audiences, backed by complex analyses
    • Meticulous attention to detail with an ability to learn quickly
    • Must be able to manage multiple projects and work with key stakeholders across different departments
    • Ability to quickly model ROI, cost-benefit, NPV, and P&L forecasts for projects or initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

    • MBA with a focus on technology, entrepreneurship, or other relevant field
    • Undergraduate degree with a STEM or business focus
    • Experience with and data visualization tools a must (e.g. Mode, Looker, Tableau)
    • Experience in a fast growth environment with little resources and a strong degree on uncertainty
