Tempo is seeking a highly driven Product Manager to join our growing team. The Product Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a customer-focused product roadmap via close collaboration with senior leadership, Business Operations, Marketing, and Engineering. In this process, they translate customer and internal user needs into clear, well-defined functional and technical requirements backed by data analysis and deep understanding of the domain.

What You'll Do:

    • Drive innovation and ideation of new features
    • Manage product execution from ideation to launch; define requirements, initiate and prioritize projects within engineering, assist in determining the best technical implementation, track product development, and develop product launch plans
    • Prioritize features based on strategic goals and initiatives
    • Define, track and analyze key performance metrics
    • Work with internal/external parties to determine requirements and feasibility of feature requests
    • Prioritize features based on requirements and timeline
    • Build consensus around product roadmap across the company
    • Analyze the market and work with both customers and internal teams  to determine what they need

About You:

    • 3-5 years product experience, ideally at a consumer facing company focusing on user engagement
    • Strong strategic thinking and communication skills
    • Experience with market and competitive research
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
    • Strong data driven and analytical ability
    • Ability to translate business requirements into product specifications and drive product development execution
    • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills to build consensus between cross-functional teams
    • Experience working at a consumer hardware company a big plus
    • Passion for fitness a plus
