Tempo is seeking a highly driven Operations Specialist to join our growing team. You will be responsible for managing and executing order fulfillment processes and working with global third party logistics partners to ensure a seamless end to end experience from order placement through delivery for our customers. What You'll Do:

    • Efficient execution on day to day internal order fulfillment processes along with managing 3PLs 
    • Collaborate closely with Customer Support, Supply Chain and Marketing to solve customer needs 
    • Lead strategic projects to launch deliveries in new markets 
    • Utilize data to help Tempo push continuous improvement to processes and procedures 
    • Drive the development of operational processes to execute new initiatives, markets and product launches

About You:

    • 2-3 years of related experience (operations, order fulfillment, working with/for 3PLs or dispatching) 
    • Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks 
    • Proven experience excelling in a fast-paced and dynamic environment (bonus if you’ve worked at a rapidly growing startup) 
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to comfortably interact with cross functional teams and external partners 
    • Natural problem solver with strong analytical and critical thinking skills 
    • Strong sense of ownership and commitment to finding solutions with a sense of urgency 
    • Proficient fluency in Excel / Google Sheets (familiarity with SQL a plus) 
    • Experience with ERP systems / WMS / TMS
