This role will be responsible for all Orthodontic functions inside of the Revenue Cycle. Functions include Insurance Billing, Insurance and Patient Balance Follow Up, Credits Resolution, etc. They will work alongside other RCM Associates and Leaders as well as the Orthodontics Field Operations team to develop best practices, document processes, execute on stated goals, and drive efficiencies within the team.


    • Experienced in Revenue Cycle executing orthodontic functions. 
    • Understands the rules of Orthodontic insurance billing, appropriate coding, and balance protocols. 
    • Has a strong understanding of RCM best practices and is able to identify and close gaps in process breakdowns.
    • Metric driven and uses both input and output metrics to gauge performance and set targets.
    • Can articulate macro and micro trends in the business and functional areas that lead to insight and performance improvement. 
    • Brings a high level of industry best practice knowledge and also willing to think creatively about solutions that may not be apparent.
    • Willing to work in the details but not afraid to appropriately delegate - this is a “Player / Coach” role.
    • Strong sense of the intersection of individual performance (productivity) and staffing requirements (what is needed).
    • Willingness to work cross functionally and take on new tasks if and when needed. Flexibility in functional alignment and ownership will be critical to success.


    • 5+ years of Orthodontic Revenue Cycle experience
    • Excellent communicator and collaborator
    • Strong analytics stills
