We are hiring across multiple roles and looking for exceptionally smart and mission-driven people to join our growing team.

Members of the Tenet Originations team will be responsible for:

1) Building a community of Tenet members: Respond to inbound financing inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Conduct outreach to interested potential customers via phone to inform them about Tenet’s value proposition and help them save money with Tenet. 

2) Providing best-in-class member service: Respond to inbound inquiries concerning existing applications, title processing, payments, fees, and any other requests related to Tenet’s EV loan offerings; provide operations support to ensure loans are completed interfacing with other lenders and our title processing vendors; act as a rapid response unit for special projects as assigned. 


    • Respond to member inbound inquiries via phone, SMS and email regarding EV refinance and loan applications
    • Take ownership of resolving member inquiries, helping them to successfully complete applications and onboarding
    • Attempt to foresee causes of additional inquiries
    • Provide timely follow up to all outstanding items
    • Exercise consultative sales techniques demonstrating strong call control
    • Document every correspondence with applicants and borrowers clearly and concisely
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Request and secure required documentation according to documented company procedures
    • Maintain FAQ and save high quality email responses
    • Strong ability to overcome objections, be genuinely empathetic, and connect with members in conversations
    • Share insights with other teams regarding the root causes of Member inquiries, concerns, and complaints, advocating on our members’ behalf to improve our products, operations, and policies


    • 1+ years of inbound sales or customer outreach experience
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Energized by a fast paced start-up environment, resourceful, productive on teams as well as working independently
    • Experience handling high volume communications across multiple channels of communication
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
