We are hiring across multiple roles and looking for exceptionally smart and mission-driven people to join our growing team.

The Role
Develop business cases for, and execute on, partnership strategies to distribute Tenet products. Articulate Tenet vision and product suite clearly to potential partners. Conduct discovery work to support new product development that supports partners and Tenet growth.

Responsibilities

    • Identify and implement high value Tenet distribution partnerships with EV-adjacent and incentive-aligned industries (e.g. utilities, home builders, installers, or dealers)
    • Engage partners to ensure they are successful and growing with Tenet via regular product updates and quarterly business reviews
    • Negotiate amendments and renewals to contracts as the partnerships evolve and grow with changing business priorities on both Tenet and the partner’s side
    • Collaborate with Operations to build and maintain a partnerships CRM that enables rapid GTM testing and implementation
    • Innovate on sales processes, pitches, and approaches; provide feedback and enhancements, collaborate with other Tenet teammates to continually improve partner strategy and engagement

Requirements

    • Experience developing and executing partner relationships
    • Clear communication, structured thinking, organization and project management skills
    • 5-10+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnership Management, Consulting, or Banking
    • Proven track record of relationship building and management
    • Strong collaborator who can build relationships across the company internally and with partners
    • Strong negotiation skills, with an emphasis on driving partner value
    • Experience in Fintech, Energy, or Auto
    • Strong expertise in financial modeling
    • Proven track record of creating value in high growth startups
