Job Description
At TensorWave, we’re shaping the future of AI infrastructure with our cutting-edge AMD GPU Cloud solutions. As we expand our presence in the AI and high-performance computing (HPC) markets, strategic partnerships are key to our success. We’re seeking a dynamic Partner Manager to cultivate and manage these critical relationships, ensuring our ecosystem thrives and our solutions reach new heights .In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind building alliances with hardware providers, software companies, and industry leaders. You’ll negotiate win-win agreements, collaborate with internal teams to align partnerships with business goals, and track performance to ensure mutual success. Responsibilities

    • Identify and onboard strategic partners (e.g., hardware vendors, AI software providers, system integrators) to expand TensorWave’s ecosystem and enhance our AMD GPU Cloud offerings.
    • Develop partnership strategies that align with market needs and TensorWave’s growth objectives.
    • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with partners, acting as their primary TensorWave advocate.
    • Conduct regular check-ins, performance reviews, and planning sessions to ensure alignment and long-term success.
    • Negotiate partnership terms, including co-marketing, revenue-sharing, and technical collaboration agreements, to create mutually beneficial outcomes.
    • Ensure all partnerships deliver measurable value and support innovative joint initiatives.
    • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to launch co-branded campaigns, events, and integrations that drive visibility and demand.
    • Facilitate technical collaboration between partners and TensorWave’s product teams for seamless integration of AMD GPU Cloud solutions.
    • Monitor and analyze partnership metrics, such as revenue growth, lead generation, and customer acquisition, to optimize and expand relationships.
    • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership for continuous improvement.
    • Stay informed on trends in AI, HPC, and cloud computing to identify new partnership opportunities and maintain TensorWave’s competitive edge.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
    • 5+ years in partner management, business development, or a similar role, ideally in tech, cloud computing, or AI sectors.
    • Proven success in managing strategic partnerships that drive measurable business results.
    • Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to engage partners at all levels, including executives.
    • Solid understanding of AI, machine learning, and GPU technologies.
    • Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing partnership performance and optimizing strategies.
    • Proactive, strategic, and adaptable, with a focus on building long-term, trust-based relationships.
    • Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Preferred Qualifications

    • Existing relationships within the AI, HPC, or cloud computing ecosystem.
    • Proven ability to manage complex, high-stakes partnerships that drive innovation.
    • A genuine passion for advancing AI infrastructure through strategic collaboration.
