TensorWave is looking for a Customer Success Manager to ensure our customers get the most out of our high-performance GPU cloud platform. Your role will be critical in bridging the gap between sales and our engineering team, ensuring that feedback is incorporated into data center, and cluster improvements, and optimization. This role will cover incoming customer negotiations, to ensure contracted deliverables are prepared appropriately, contracted items are delivered, customers concerns and tickets are answered within Service Level Agreements, and customers are happy. Ideally, this person would elevate the Tensorwave brand through world class customer service, ensuring repeat/upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and preventing customer churn.

    • Brand promotion, maximizing cross-sell and up-sell opportunities and preventing customer churn.
    • Ability to generate excitement for new or developing products by updating clients on their progress. As new products become available, facilitate demos and training. If customers decide to add new products to their plans, success managers help implement them.

Preferred Requirements:

    • Must reside in, or be open to relocation to Las Vegas, NV
    • 5+ years in a customer facing Customer Success or Account Management role in a highly technical environment.
    • 5+ years of experience building and leading high-performing Account Management or Customer Success teams with a strong track record of exceeding retention and expansion targets.
    • 5+ years of quota-carrying experience in Account Management or Sales, managing Enterprise accounts with a proven track record of growth and retention.
    • Strong executive presence - comfortable engaging with C-level stakeholders, especially CTOs and technical leadership, as well as, less technical users and external/internal customers.
    • Proficiency in using data and analytics for decision-making and process improvement.
    • Strong collaboration and influencing skills, with superior communication and presentation abilities.
    • Experience recruiting and developing top talent, with a thoughtful approach to team planning and career growth.
