Job Description:
TensorWave is looking for a Customer Success Engineer (AI/ML) to ensure our customers get the most out of our high-performance GPU cloud platform. This is a technical account management and post-sales engineering role, where you will support enterprise customers in deploying, optimizing, and troubleshooting their AI/ML inference and training workloads. As the primary technical contact for customers, you will work closely with MLOps engineers, solutions architects, and support teams to resolve issues, provide best practices, and help customers scale their AI applications efficiently. Your role will be critical in bridging the gap between customers and our engineering team, ensuring that feedback is incorporated into platform improvements. This position is ideal for a technically strong AI/ML engineer who enjoys problem-solving, working directly with customers, and helping organizations optimize AI infrastructure and MLOps workflows.

Responsibilities

    • Customer Support & Troubleshooting: Act as the first line of technical support for customers, diagnosing issues related to AI inference, model training, and GPU performance.
    • Technical Account Management: Own the post-sales customer relationship, ensuring that customers successfully deploy and scale their AI workloads on TensorWave.
    • Deployment Assistance: Guide customers through best practices for AI model serving, optimization, and MLOps workflows.
    • Performance Optimization: Help customers identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements for GPU utilization, inference latency, and memory efficiency.
    • Customer Enablement & Training: Develop documentation, conduct training sessions, and create best-practice guides to help customers get the most from TensorWave’s platform.
    • Collaboration with Engineering: Work closely with MLE, MLOps, and infrastructure teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
    • Feedback & Continuous Improvement: Gather customer insights and provide input on feature improvements, usability enhancements, and emerging AI infrastructure needs.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

    • Equivalent of a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or a related field.
    • 1-3 years of experience in AI/ML model deployment, infrastructure support, or MLOps.
    • Familiarity with LLM inference, fine-tuning, and optimization techniques (quantization, distillation, model parallelism).
    • Experience working with model serving frameworks (Triton, vLLM, TGI, TensorRT, or ONNX Runtime).
    • Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
    • Ability to troubleshoot GPU acceleration and cloud-based AI workloads.
    • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a customer-first mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience in customer success, technical account management, or post-sales engineering.
    • Familiarity with AMD ROCm or other GPU acceleration libraries.
    • Contributions to open-source AI inference and optimization projects.
    • Experience with HPC and AI infrastructure scaling.
