Terminus is looking for an Inbound Account Development Representative (ADR) to join our Atlanta or Indianapolis-based team. As an Inbound ADR, you will be responding to inbound inquiries and registrants for marketing content, webinars, and/or events, sharing the value the Terminus account-based marketing platform can provide, and qualifying them as leads for our account executive team. Responsibilities

    • Engage with prospects that sign up for a demo, request a call, live chat, download content, or attend an event and convey the value of Terminus
    • Qualify sales leads by conducting discovery calls with prospects
    • Schedule meetings/demos on the account executive’s calendar and log activities in Salesforce.com.
    • Utilize sales prospecting and nurture software, Outreach, to organize and execute tasks to maximize prospecting efforts
    • Update prospect interaction and build complete account profiles in Salesforce.com to ensure efficient account and activity management
    • Connect with prospects using industry best practices across email, phone, and social channels
    • Be an expert on the Terminus platform and be able to passionately explain how Terminus can make an impact on the prospects’ business 
    • Exceed monthly and quarterly quotas of qualified opportunities and demos scheduled

Qualifications

    • Experience using technology such as Salesforce and Outreach, and/or ability to learn new systems quickly
    • Results-driven, self-starter, persistent, highly motivated to increase earnings despite rejection.
    • Collaborative and team oriented.
    • Excellent written & verbal communication
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in an inside sales or SDR/BDR role
