Description:

Terminus is looking for a master of buzz, a storyteller, and an ace writer to join its fast-growing team. As the marketer responsible for executing PR, social, and thought leadership content and programs, you will play a critical role in fueling our category leadership.  The keys to success will be your creativity, mastery of the written word, and ability to connect with a large audience of marketers who are challenging the status quo. Your efforts will be essential to representing Terminus’ leadership and brand in the market.

Responsibilities:

    • Execute Terminus’ evangelism and thought leadership programs and support Terminus leaders through ideation, pitching, scheduling, and creating content and presentations
    • Spread the word about the successes of our customers, Account-Based Marketing best practices, and Terminus innovation
    • Develop and edit exceptional content that requires minimal edits, including blogs, press releases, presentations, videos, and more
    • Own the PR/awards/speaking opportunities plan and calendar and execute all aspects of these projects
    • Coordinate the strategy and execution of contributed articles for Terminus
    • Execute awards programs for the company and individual “Terminators”
    • Execute and monitor social media for the entire marketing team, including demand gen, content, product marketing, and customer marketing
    • Create and maintain business and marketing press and influencer relationships
    • Coordinate day-to-day activities with agencies, contractors, etc.
    • Track and measure performance of programs against well-defined KPIs
    • Be the internal storyteller for Terminus, communicate our wins and generate excitement as the company leads the ABM category

Qualifications:

    • Must have an exceptional portfolio of content and a proven track record executing PR, thought leadership, and social programs at a high-growth software company
    • Exceptional writing and editing skills - ability to own content quality from idea to delivery
    • Bachelor's degree required;  Marketing, Communications or Public relations major preferred
    • 5 years experience executing PR and content
    • Demonstrable experience working with executives
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills
