Office Associate Position
Office associates have varied duties and responsibilities within an organization. Here at Territory Foods, they are responsible for the client service functions and administrative services. Other responsibilities include organizing and maintaining files and documents, administering all labeling activities, and managing the entire office. An ideal office associate will aide the general manager with human resource and food regulatory documentation activities, such as handling employment forms, health insurance administration, obtaining and filing food handler and ServSafe documents. The skills required for this position include communication, organizational and active listening skills.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Performing bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, monitoring accounts receivable
Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations
Purchasing office supplies and equipment
Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment.
Performing other relevant duties when needed.
Labeling meal kits for multiple clients
Comply with company standards, policies, and procedures, and assist in assuring the same from fellow employees.
Office Associate Requirements:
High school diploma or a Bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or a related field.
2 or more years’ office administration experience.
Proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access).
Comfortable handling confidential information.
Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
