About You
We’re looking for a product manager that knows how to define a problem, build a solution, and collaborate with the rest of the company to take it to market. You will be responsible for product discovery, product requirements, and owning the backlog of features that need to be built. This role will require deep collaboration with designers and engineers.

What you'll do

    • Build Territory's fulfillment platform including culinary partner management, operations & logistics, cold chain management, and delivery optimization
    • Serve as a product leader and expert for the whole Territory Foods team in the fulfillment product area
    • Conduct product discovery including survey research, customer interviews, and experiments
    • Team with design and engineering to build our next generation of products
    • Continuously measure product/market fit
    • Develop the overarching product roadmap which includes solutions for customers, culinary partners, supply chain, and internal users; manage tradeoffs with key stakeholders
    • Create rich user stories and acceptance criteria to describe feature, function, and value
    • Own and prioritize a detailed feature backlog which is prioritized, emergent, and estimable
    • Coordinate and communicate feature launches with culinary, operations, marketing, customer service, and executives
    • Ability to establish and monitor business metrics to drive the team’s progress toward goals

Qualifications

    • 5+ years of relevant experience in product management or related fields
    • Thorough understanding of agile software development
    • Familiarity with web, iOS, and Android technologies
    • Experience building operations or logistics software solutions
    • Experience operating in a fast-paced startup environment
    • Comfortable working in common product development tools
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Ability to synthesize information and apply analytical thinking to make decisions

Nice to have

    • Previous experience as a software developer
    • Experience in cold-chain, food & beverage operations, and third-party logistics management
    • Experience in inventory management software
    • Familiarity with Figma or other design and prototyping tools
    • Familiarity with product and data analytics tools including Google Analytics, MixPanel, Segment, and FullStory
